Paul Bell ran this landmark project from start to finish under his own development company. The project, located in West Melbourne, comprises 71 high end apartments, a community hall, retail shop and other community facilities.

Total end value of the project is $55m, and was funded with senior bank and mezzanine finance arranged personally by Paul, along with equity provided by Paul and his co-investors alongside the landowner under a highly innovative JV structure that provided an outstanding win-win outcome.
